This error is mainly caused when database size is more and you are trying to backup it up using phpmyadmin.

Increase memory_limit in /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/php.ini to higher value and restart
Plesk Control Panel after that.
Ideally 512M of memory_limit should fix the issue.
