You are receiving this error because Softaculous script is not upto date. FIX: update Softaculous scripts SSH to server as root and execute following command. /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/php /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/cron.php   This command will take few minutes to update the script. Do not stop this in-between. Once finished, you will be able to access softaculous   contact@webhostingsupport.info

New WHM release (11.30.x) show’s cPanel license warning on the top once logged in to WHM. cPanel & WHM updates are blocked. Under WHM >> DNS Functions >> Nameserver IPs  incorrect IP address are shown.
