INFO.XML file could not be found

You are receiving this error because Softaculous script is not upto date. FIX: update Softaculous scripts SSH to server as root and execute following command. /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/php /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/cron.php   This command will take few minutes to update the script. Do not stop this in-between. Once finished, you will be able to access softaculous   contact@webhostingsupport.info

WHM license error

New WHM release (11.30.x) show’s cPanel license warning on the top once logged in to WHM. cPanel & WHM updates are blocked. Click here for details Above warning is cause cpanel file update_blocks.config is blocking updates. To fix this issue you can simply rename /var/cpanel/update_blocks.config and refresh WHM page.   contact@webhostingsupport.info

WHM showing incorrect nameserver IP

Under WHM >> DNS Functions >> Nameserver IPs  incorrect IP address are shown. Though correct IP address are mentioned in file /etc/nameserverips   root@server [~]# cat /etc/nameserverips xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx=ns1.domain.com xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx=ns2.domain.com For more investigation check file /var/cpanel/nameserverips.yaml If it has old ip, then you will need to replace those with the new one and restart cpanel service.
